The programme
A hands-on school-to-community journey that helps young people understand local climate and hazard risk, learn from nature, gather community knowledge, design practical adaptation actions – and create a living plan for their place.
Bring it to your schoolBee Resilient is a hands-on school-to-community programme that helps young people understand local climate and hazard risk, learn from nature, gather community knowledge, design practical adaptation actions and create a living Community Climate Adaptation Plan for their place.
The journey, stage by stage
Students move through all eight in order, in the classroom, at the hive and in the garden, with a breakout Resilience Lab woven in wherever it fits the stage.

Each stage has its own set of questions, worksheets and facilitation notes, building directly into your school's Community Climate Adaptation Plan. We walk every partner school through the full detail when we bring the programme to them – or, if you'd rather run it yourselves, we train your own facilitators to deliver it.
The tangible outcome — seven steps to one plan
Every school that runs Bee Resilient leaves with a living Community Climate Adaptation Plan — not a worksheet filed away, but a working document and a register of actions the students carry forward themselves. Each step is built at a different stage of the journey above, so the plan grows as it goes.
Our Action
Everything converges into one plan, launched at Community Bee Day and carried forward as a real action register the students – and their Hive Legacy – keep returning to. We share the worksheets, facilitation notes and the action-register template directly with partner schools.
